The Help! Call 9-1-1! Video also shows interviews with actual 9-1-1 dispatchers. This is done to illustrate to the viewers what happens on the other end of the phone. They are shown how enhanced 9-1-1 allows the address and other important information correlating with the phone you are calling from appears on screen for the dispatcher so that they are able to find you in the event of an emergency.
